  2. "Lungs and your health" talk to a lung and sleep specialists and learn about asthma, COPD and other lung diseases including RLS.
  3. "Healthy heart and Healthy body" learn about heart attack, bad Cholesterol, sports medicine and measures for being “heart healthy”.
  4. "Lung Function testing Take a test to check for healthy lungs and asthma.
  5. "Women's Health" learn about osteoporosis, ovary cancer and self examination
  6. "Nutrition and Body mass index" talk to a nutrition Specialist about body fat analysis, waist-to-hip-ratio measurements, and general nutrition advice and information.
